RM. Ampera, situated on Jl. Soekarno-Hatta in Bandung, stands out as a vibrant Sundanese restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. Many guests applaud the cozy atmosphere, enhanced by live acoustic music, creating a perfect backdrop for family gatherings or celebrations. Customers like Fajar Syuderajat highlight the delicious Indonesian dishes served, alongside the spacious parking lot that adds convenience for visitors.
However, reviews present a nuanced picture. While Charlotte Yuthafiga and Barli J appreciate the ambiance and hosting capabilities for events, Arif Triwibowo’s feedback points to an average culinary experience with some cleanliness issues in quieter times. Novia Nur R also sheds light on the limited food availability during her visit, suggesting room for improvement in food replenishment, particularly for popular items like their spicy sambal, which offers a unique twist by being a tad sweet yet maintaining its spice. Additionally, the restroom facilities have drawn some concern due to water shortages.
Overall, RM. Ampera combines a spacious layout with a warm atmosphere, making it a recommended spot for family gatherings, although there are aspects like food variety and facility maintenance that could benefit from attention.

The Sundanese and Indonesian cuisine receives mixed feedback, with some customers appreciating the flavors while others find the taste average. Ampera stands out for its ambiance and event capacity, though food variety and service consistency could benefit from improvement.
Good place for eat food. This place is good. As you can see this good.
Indonesian foods are served here. Delicious foods and cozy atmosphere with live acoustic music. Huge parking lot
In my opinion, the food was just so-so, not particularly delicious, but not terrible either. I came during a quiet time, and the tables seemed a bit dusty, so I happened to be seated near the parking lot. The restaurant's facilities are complete, there's live music, and there are plenty of tables. I also wanted to order a young coconut, but I couldn't because there was no one to open it. Unfortunately, payment is only accepted in cash or bank transfer. This is difficult, as people rarely carry cash this day.
Had such a fine wedding party with family and close friends here. The manager is very cooperative to support the event. 100++ pax available in this spacious area. There is live music which makes the atmoshphere more festive. We enjoyed our food and the side dishes. Recommended to hold a family gathering event
This ampera is so spacious. I can say this ampera is the most spacious branch that I've ever visited. I was amazed at first to look how big this ampera is but I started to feel disappointed when I went to the prasmanan (table where the food served), there were only few foods left to think of I visited them at 3pm on Saturday, "really??" I was expecting having a babat with their spicy sambal but seems I had to have another food for my late lunch. Oh, and their spicy sambal taste is kinda different from other ampera. This one is a lil bit sweet but still has the spicy taste. Another disappointment I got from the lavatory and mushola. It's pretty clean and comfy, I even told my husband to have ashar pray there. But when I went to the lavatory, the water almost ran out. Fortunately I got sufficient water to clean myself up, and when my husband wanted to wudhu and pray, the water is ran out. So, 4 stars from me.
The legendary n famous sundanese food restaurant in Bandung. Serve various kind of local dishes you can try, start from satay, nasi liwet, sop iga, and still many more. The price is still very affordable, you can take sambal with lalaban as much as you want. One thing that still need to be improved is cleanlyness of the place, and some spot of the restaurant look so dark and gloomy. But overall this restaurant is still very worth to visit and have so many branch all over the city
